ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, especially from Casey or Kelsey ("scheduling supervisor") who can care less about making a customer happy. After speaking to another supervisor yesterday about how unhappy we were because our treatments went from 45 mins to 10 mins and we were beginning to see scorpions on a daily basis, the supervisor offered a scorpion treatment the week of our call. After noticing the email confirmation had the incorrect time, I called the next day and Kelsey or Casey (different supervisor than who I spoke to before) shut me down and said i had to wait 2 months for that treatment. Then began badmouthing the other supervisor and went to say that the supervisor I spoke with before apparently "needed more training because she didnt know what she was talking about". So I requested to cancel and she gladly did so. And when I asked for an email confirmation of some sort to be sent, she refused. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
