  • I am so sick of Cox raising the rates every year! All I have is basic cable and the lowest internet speed you can get and they just raised my monthly to almost $100! This is totally ridiculous! What a rib off! I call every year and try to get it lowered...last year they gave me $10 off! WooHoo! Senior citizen living on limited income...and they do not care! I am going to get quotes from Dish, Direct and Century Link today. There has got to be cable company out there that cares! If they would stop wasting trees and sending crap mail every week they could easily lower my bill!
