  • The room was fairly cold. I didn't know how to turn the heating up. The overall amenities were pretty amazing! The service staff did not seem very welcoming or friendly and I felt like the room could have had more space to move around. There were three of us and I only two breakfasts were complimentary. They had birds in the lobby, about 5 birds in a cage. I wasn't too sure how I felt about that.
