  • Got here Sunday morning after church (today) at 11:45 and didn't leave until now 2:23. When we got here it was full which is fine I expected a long wait, total wait time to be seated was 55 minutes. We sit down and notice there are tables all around us that are open, I figured they are short staffed so ok fine. We sat down and ordered immediately since we had 50 minutes to look over the menu. Almost one hour later still no food! Tables around us that sat down 20-30 minutes after us already had their food. We were only a table of 4 so why the long wait? Our waitress comes and tells us that there was a mistake with the slips and our order as well as a few others never got placed. We asked to speak to a manager and our waitress came back and offered 25% off. Fine, because we were starving. Food came out about 10 minutes later. Food was great, our waitress was great, but the experience was one of the worst, ever! I don't feel that 25% off our meal was enough for the neglect we experienced. I mean really, eating breakfast should not take a whole 2 and a half hours.
