| - That old Asian lady was nice but instead of responding to me "ok ok" without knowing wth i was telling her, she should've told me she doesn't speak English so we could get someone to translate cuz I told her twice I only need calluses and massage, don't touch my toes (I had gel on that didn't need to be changed), How hard is this? She pulled out the drill to start removing my gel WTF the least u can do lady is learn the damn language, you're privileged to work in the U.S. anyways I stopped her before she reached my toes with the drill.
I actually came in with my friend who was also getting a pedicure, and when the lady was done with my feet, I had an overseas FaceTime call that was important (needless to say a 9 hour difference time-zone) and I'm sitting still in the pedicure chair and I'm talking/face timing and this old Asian guy (Roben) come right next to me and start talking to my friend and I'm thinking "can't he see I'm talking on the phone?????" Then whatever he was saying to my friend, he grabbed my hand to look at my nails and started laughing! WTF is wrong with this guy?? He was making fun of whoever did my nails, I had to stop my conversation and tell him what's the matter??? How rude this guy is!!!! First you don't bother people when you see them busy on the phone, that's RUDE, second, u don't make fun of other people's work in order to attract potential new clients, this tactic is UNPROFESSIONAL, I knew what he was trying to do and I ain't no pendeja. Lastly, my friend who had her nails done by him (she started with acrylics, then had her pedicure by another guy) showed me the poor job he did (some nails were thinner and weren't trimmed like others, so they didn't match) so who's laughing now??? I am NOT coming back to this place
