  • Scott Hanna, one of this company's top technicians, helped me with a broken HDMI cable, talked me through the remotes necessary to operate my system and went above and boyond helping me with things "outside the box". Im talking computers, backups, wifi, the works. He is an expert, likable, patient and completely professional. Give this guy a promotion! Have him train your technicians. He is a high value guy.
