Tied for my favorite ramen place in Vegas. The tonkotsu broth is phenomenal--clearly homemade and not from a package. The ingredients in it were terrific. With a few additions I paid around 10 for lunch, pretip.
The wait was a bit longer than certain other ramen places (particularly Monta), but the staff was very friendly. There is a decent amount of seating but also a pretty long line for tables.
