  • Woke up to a flat tire on Saturday and started shopping around for a replacement. Called big o tire and was quoted one price and ordered 2 tires as I decided it be smart to replace the one across from it as well. I scheduled an appointment for Sunday at 10. Get there and am told a completely different price. When I say I only want 1 suddenly their system "crashes" so now I'm stuck waiting around for his system to come back up. I continue to say I only want 1 and suddenly the "bare bottom no profit price" I was quoted when I walked in drops $40 (still over my initial quoted price). I say sure cause I need them and am told I'll be called when my tires are ready. Fast forward to 1:30pm I come in cause it's close to closing and want to see where I'm at. The guy at the front says they've been ready for awhile but he had been so busy he couldn't call me. 3 1/2 hours after my scheduled appointment and you can't even give me a courtesy call. Worst service ever.
