  • I can't say anything bad about this place, aside from the fact that it's pretty dark in here (but sometimes that's what you want! It is in keeping with the traditional pub vibe). The food is amazing. I have never had a bad thing here. I come for the brunch boxty specials (a different special every weekend) and the beer selection, which is plentiful and always includes many local beers. (In case you aren't in the know, boxties are giant potato pancakes, usually stuffed with something. For example, they have a Thanksgiving boxty, which is stuffed with turkey, mashed potatoes, cranberry sauce, and topped with gravy.) Soccer fans will like this place as they show all of the games, and it does get packed, but it's always a fun atmosphere. I highly suggest stopping in for brunch on a Saturday or Sunday.
