  • Move over United States Postal Service, MVD is truly the unhappiest place on Earth. All I needed to do was a simple title transfer. We arrived at 3:33pm and didn't get to a human being until 5:01pm. Completely ridiculous! There were TWENTY WINDOWS open and still these folks were moving at a snail's pace (IF the snail was elderly, disabled, had one eye, and a broken shell). First things first, when I moved here in 2005, MVD was actually open on Saturdays! Well, not anymore. To the state bureaucrats who several years ago decided to cut all Saturday service- KISS MY ASS, CHUMPS! Now, unless the service is something I can do online, I have to practically move heaven and Earth to either leave work early or go to work late to come here on a damn weekday. This visit took OVER TWO hours! Who the hell has time for this nonsense? And unfortunately, you have no option to take your "business" elsewhere. Thumbs down MVD. THUMBS DOWN!
