This review is one of the toughest to make. The food is excellent, and the service is very good. The octopus appetizer is a must have. It's hard to get wild caught seafood at most restaurants. I own a restaurant in town, and order wild caught through my distributor because nowhere carries it. Milos does, and you can tell the difference. The line caught thing, really who cares, and from what I've read it isn't better for the enviromnent if you care about that.
If I was just rating their food I'd give it 5 glowing stars. Food is better than any seafood place in town. Service was 4 stars. It was good, but could have been better. The price point is the problem. $50-100 a pound for seafood line caught wild seafood. I get it, you have casino rent and wild caught fish is expensive. The food cost to me looked like about 15% which is not appropriate. It's a shame too, as my wife and I both enjoyed it.
If you're on vacation and you love seafood and really don't care if you get over charged this a great place. I just know where I can get the same fish myself, and I'll cook it at home on the grill.
