Very different from your average Chinese bakery. It's modeled like a European cafe on the inside and it's very lovely. The spacing for the bakery section is pretty good so you don't have to fear knocking things over. They have a mix of European pastries (a variety of croissants) and your typical Chinese bakery - pineapple buns, egg tarts, etc. Note that if you buy 6 items you forgo the HST. There's also some hot foods consisting of small dim sum items if you want a small meal. I bought a few buns and managed to try the:
1. Coconut Bear Claw (it's the same as the coconut twists you see at other bakeries) - Pretty big. Was good. A little more "well done" than the other buns.
2. Egg Tarts - Good custard with flaky pastry.
3. Chicken Tail Buns (cocktail buns filled with coconut) - The coconut filling was a bit sweet but was good because of the soft outer bun.
