  • GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! TRUST ME! While they are very friendly, the service is SO bad. The person I have seen for years somewhere else had an unexpected emergency, so I had no choice but to try a new place. I am at downtown summerlin often & the location was convenient so I decided to give them a try. I explained that I am particular with my nails/feet & need the person with the most experience. They did my pedicure 1st. The chair was nice but that was about it. He didn't cut my toe nails, didn't shape them, didn't do much of anything besides remove the polish & when I asked for callus removal, he broke out an actual cheese grater! Not a pedicure foot tool, an actual cheese grater for CHEESE! I tried to explain that I needed the nails trimmed too but he kept pretending not to hear or understand & was finished the pedi in 15m min-with polish...no buffing nothing! (and its been 1 day since then, and my toe polish already chipped!...normally I can go 2 weeks plus without chipping) Next he started my fill. drilled my acrylic down & passed me off to another co-worker who he said does a better job. OK, she said I needed a new full set otherwise they'd look bad (which is double the price) so I said fine go ahead. Each nail is a different shape, NO nail was even; width or length. Each nail looked worse than the next, crooked, mis-shaped etc. I tried to keep telling her that this one needed filing & that one was too long, and this was too short...but she really seemed to not know how to fix and I left SO unhappy. I have NEVER EVER had my nails done so badly before, even traveling abroad! I ended up having to pay someone at my gym, lifetime to attempt to fix the shape to tide me over until I get another fill. Terrible, terrible, awful.
