| - We had such a wonderful experience with our first car purchase at LVCT. My situation was challenging due to the lack of credit and other minor setbacks, but even though we had a few bumps on the road, Michelle never gave up. she kept me informed throughout the whole process and made sure we we went home with the car I fell in love with. Our whole experience ended with two very satisfied jeep owners.
Everything about my experience could not have been better. I have never met a such a top notch car salesperson like Rob. My husband and I went car shopping one day after work. I had in mind what I really wanted but everything seemed to be way out of my price range. while walking around their lot I came across a jeep sitting on the side no stickers, no sales tag. It caught my eye but I figured it was someone's car, so I continued to browse. When Rob approached us, He was very helpful, informative, funny and sincere throughout the entire experience. He asked what my price range was first and began to show me cars around that price. He started walking towards cars in my budget, which I really appreciated because most sales guys usually try to put me in a car I could not afford from the get go and he was very honest and upfront. One of the cars in my price range was that jeep that happened to be parked there when we walked in. He had no idea i fell in love with it and told me that it was for sale and in my price range but it had just came in so all the inspections were still being done and that it was going to be placed on the market soon. I immediately jumped on it and knew that it was the one. He took the time to walk us through and answered any of our concerns.
We went home to sleep on it, and Michelle kept me on the loop through email, very professional and helpful. At first the credit unions gave us a hard time with obtaining a loan and We lost hope since it was the first car I came across I figured it wasn't the one so I let it be and continued car shopping. We went to other random dealerships and even though I gave up on the jeep since it seemed to be out of the question, she kept me informed and fought for a good deal and a reasonable loan. After going through hell and back with other big dealerships, I came across many that just wanted a signature for a ridiculous price and at the highest interest rate they could come up with. I live to negotiate, so that wasn't going to happen. Many dealerships tried to fool me and one almost got me to sign telling me that the interest rate would drop once they talked to the bank the next day but I had to sign first, I knew it was bs so I walked out and I'm so glad I did because I knew deep down inside I wasn't happy and it wasn't the right car. I gave up looking for a few days and figured it wasn't meant to be for now. Then I got an email from Michelle letting me know that the bank approved the loan and that the monthly rate was right under my price range. I could not describe the way I felt. This was not just my first car purchase for me, it was the beginning of my credit and a goal that seemed far fetched. my situation was a little different from most but I was beyond grateful for the amazing customer service and honesty they provided. Even after we got the car we came across a couple of things that needed to be fixed due to the fact that it was a used car, we knew it wasn't out of the ordinary but Mathew took care of everything right away no questions asked, and that meant a lot to us, like he said "A 10 year relationship with a customer is more important to us than a couple of bucks" which I greatly appreciate. On a scale of 1 to 10, my husband and I would rate the overall experience a 10+ and would not hesitate to recommend any of our friends or family to LVCT. Thank you for renewing our faith in a dealership that truly takes the time to listen, inform, and assist the customer in making a substantial purchase. A big thank you to you and all your staff for the honesty, integrity, humor and helpful attitudes we encountered during the time we were there!
