Wow. One of the best meals I've had in Montreal. Every single dish we ordered was above excellent. Service was a little weird, though. It took kind of forever to get the waiter's attention, because he was very busy with several other tables. And when we ordered (one entrée and one main each) we were informed, rather than asked, that we would be sharing every dish, because they would come out of the kitchen one at a time. Ok then, that wasn't the plan, but fine....
And then the food started to arrive and we forgot about the rest!!! We had the pâté de foie and the horse carpaccio, then the tuna and the quail. All perfect, ingredients and flavours perfectly blending together. For dessert, the 'milles crêpes'. I can't even tell which was my favourite part. Can't wait to come back!
