  • These ladies were so rude. One nice lady before had taped the postage page for me and now they said they couldn't do that. I tried to buy tape and they said only cash or check. How ridiculous is that?!? You can't provide me one little piece of tape as courtesy and then you won't take a debit card to buy a ridiculously expensive tape for almost $4?!? I have two little toddlers and explained to them that traveling back and forth from home is really hard for me. They DID NOT care and still denied me a piece of tape. People like this should not work in customer service. I am truly disappointed and irate!
