The communication up front was good. The appointment process was also good. Once Vic arrived I was worried because he asked me questions about installing the equipment, where my battery was, etc. it did not make me confident. When my car was finished, it was a mess in the back. The wires for the amp are ran like a high school kid putting a house speaker in a Chevette. On top of that, he was argumentative about it. Now I have to find another business to clean up the wiring. I am not going to name other businesses, but this is like one of those chain stereo shops that do sloppy work - if it looks like this on the outside, how are things in places I cannot see? I imagine Vic will see this and at this point the only thing I would want is a partial refund so I can pay the next shop to clean up the wiring.
To be clear, this isn't about functionality. So far, things seem to function and the car sounds better. However I have to pay someone to do something to the wiring and I don't appreciate Vic being argumentative. No thanks on the detailing. It shouldn't come to this; it should have been a smooth transaction.
Now that it dark, the light on the front passenger door isn't on - either not plugged in or inoperable now when it worked before. I will add that to my list of things I need another business to fix.
