  • I wish I could give this place zero stars. The receptionist was extremely snotty and rolled her eyes multiple times at my husband and myself. We scheduled an appointment online for this location and received a call back to confirm. Great. We arrived fifteen minutes early only to be "greeted" by an annoyed, heavily eyelinered co-ed who told us we did not have an appointment and that we were wrong. No attempt to fix it or reschedule, just staring and raised eyebrows from her. We left and she called us back, leaving a message: "Um yeah, this is every kids dentist and YOU, um, ACTUALLY scheduled your appointment at happy valley, soooo.... you should go there because they're expecting you." Thaaaannnks!!!!! *click* I have an email confirmation stating that my daughter's appointment was at the desert ridge location AND had received a call back confirmation from them three days earlier... this is not the way to treat customers- by blaming them for your own mistakes. We will NOT be back and everyone in my life and on social media will be aware of these disasters...
