  • So disappointed! Went there 3 times looking at vehicles. On Monday Memorial Day went there to purchase vehicle. Upon arrival we test drove 2 vehicles, I was specifically looking for a certified vehicle and made that very clear. We drove two vehicles, were told both were certified and even asked for explanation of the certified warranty twice. As it was the holiday weekend they said great sales price, free 50 inch tv with purchase. The prices on the vehicles had a tag that said was....then that price was crossed out and then a now price. There was about a $ 5,000 price decrease on most of the vehicles. We drove a 2016 ic200t and worked with Ned. After the test drive we said lets get the deal done. Ned said, he was going inside to come in and sit down, When we went inside Ned was in the middle of a conversation with another couple. He asked us to be seated and he would be right with us. He continued the conversation with the other couple as we waited. He finally got to us after a long wait, during the time we sat filling out paper work a gentleman came into the cubicle area we sat in and rudely asked Ned for the keys of the vehicle we test drove, Ned said what? He rudely said the keys to the vehicle you test drove where are they? Ned said right here and handed the keys to the other gentleman, Ned said oh I was going to introduce him his name is Ken he is the Manager here, but sorry he is always in a hurry. I guess RUDE and HURRY mean the same thing in Lexus,,,,,so during the paper work Ned kept getting up and leaving for extended lengths of time. I finally realized he had the other couple in another cubicle trying to work a deal with them at the same time. Finally Ned came back and had the deal, the first thing he said was the price on the car was with out the certification, if we wanted to buy it certified it would be the original price on the tag that had been crossed out that was $ 5,000 more than the new is price on the tag. Both my wife and I said are you kidding we thought the price on the advertised tag in the window was with the certification. Finally after Ned attempted to give me a math class and said well if you are willing to increase the down payment by double we would be willing to reduce the certification from the $ 5,000 down to $ 2,500?????? What a little bait and switch...Finally I asked Ned to give my keys back to my vehicle as the trust was lost, the Lexus experience was over and I couldn't have been more disappointed! I will post this on as many locations as possible, I also work in the car industry and are often asked where I would recommend to buy a car.......any guess what the answer won't be? I expected better from this dealer. Please take your business some where else!
