  • Don't let this food truck pass you by. It is awesome New Orleans cuisine. I had the shrimp po boy with the remoulade sauce. The shrimp was fresh and the sauce was perfect. They had some gravy fries that looked great too, but I did not need those calories. I can't wait to try more of their items. The staff is super friendly.
