  • My husband and I recently purchased two mattresses for our new home. We worked with Janet and had an excellent experience. Due to our hectic schedules and a busy move the only time we could find to visit was right in the middle of nap time. Our toddler was not too pleased, despite getting a top shelf "big boy bed". His behavior was less than perfect, but Janet assured us she is a grandmother and was patient and kind. She even gave our son, Thomas, a bag of cookies! She wasn't pushy, more like a helpful, down to earth grandmother guiding us through the many options available. To add to the chaos we got home and debated soft (me) or firm (my husband) coils. My husband eventually caved and agreed to try soft (four month trial period and free exchanges) so I had to go back a second time, with the disagreeable toddler, to CHANGE our order and create more paperwork. We ended up with the Simmons Beautyrest Bradford Pillowtop. The reviews are great and it feels heavenly (still waiting to try it at home). Janet was a sweetheart once again. THANK YOU, Janet!!!!!!!
