  • I love the design, layout and retail offerings in Coco and the Director. The two stars are purely for their Cold Brew - which is anything but. I drink my coffee black with a little sweetener, today I asked for caramel. "Cold Brew w/ Caramel please" What I received literally looked like iced tea and tasted like water. I was with a co-worker who had the same but with cream. He took a couple of sips and threw the rest in the trash. Skip the cold brew, try something hot and enjoy the decor.
