First the dentist I saw has the bed side manners of a zombie. This office has a fast and smooth talking office manager trying to scam money out of you with lies regarding my responsibility. After 3 arguments with the office manager and receptionist, I tried to tell them they were over charging me for dental services. I had to have my dental insurance provider call Prestige to let them know they over charged me of which time the office manager continued to argue with the insurance carrier until a Supervisor was put on the line to tell them they needed to refund the charges they were trying to pocket. During the 4 times I spoke with Prestige, I was told I had to pay more because I was having dental work outside of my zip code. My dental insurance laughed when I told them that.......it's called red lining which is against the law. It took only a day to run my credit card for fraudulent charges and now I have to wait 3 weeks for a refund. Be sure you get the dental plan in writing then check your co-pay responsibility. The day I went to get the crown, I was kept waiting in a chair for 40 minutes for a procedure that took 5 seconds.
Teresa is looking out for her pocket only, I was charged $75 extra. It's all about the money. I think this gal is related to the owner because now I have to wait for my credit card credit because they all went to Viet Nam. I have filed a claim with the Insurance Commissioner and also the Attorney General's office for fraud. I think they are ripping off people who don't check with their insurance company for their part of the customary co-pays.
