  • 1st time there, went to buy a toy helicopter for my child. Didn't hold charge so we had to take it back for exchange and manager took care of us since I didn't save receipt. While he was helping us he took on another task or decided to take a call rather then finishing our transaction. The whole process took about 15 minutes since I had to wait for him to actually help but the actual exchange took 1 min. He was still on the phone the entire time and customer service wasn't actually priority there. Bad quality in toy helicopters and not very good customer service. Not a good 1st time experience.
