  • This is by far the worst towing company out there. They also go by two different names. Ace and Charity. The lady Lynette has NO customer service skills at all. She gives rude a new definition. They give you a time and never show or show up HOURS later. They also change the quote they give you. The drivers are rude and come across as drug users. They also have NO customer service skills. This company is a disgrace to all towing companies. Your better off calling a friend, cab, uber, ANYONE besides them. I'd give them zero stars but that's not an option. I don't know how they are still in business.
