  • It's been over 18 months since my last visit. Because I had such a great experience on my last visit, I wanted to host my oldest child's birthday party here. I did check to see what new reviews where on here and to my surprise, it was lower than what it was a year and a half ago. I usually find the star ratings to accurately reflect the establishment but I can honestly say that it was not true for me with this location. Still, I wasn't sure how my event will turn out but hoped for the best. I booked the children's party package online and within mere minutes of me completing it, a corporate rep from New York, Alyssa C., contacted me by email to thank me for my business and to contact her directly with any questions. I definitely did contact her with a bunch of follow up questions, all by email, and she followed up with within a reasonable time. Although her messages were short, they were informative and professional. She was polite with all of her emails and her single phone call to me to confirm the reservation 3 days prior. The day of the party, I arrived about 30 minutes early to get checked-in and set up. The staff was already prepared for my early arrival and my assigned host, Kari, was as friendly and helpful as can be. I was able to add a second lane for the adults next to the kids with no issue. When we got to our lane, one of the tables was nicely set up with partyware for the kids. Kari checked in with me and my group regularly and helped in having my party run smoothly. Everyone in my party expressed how much fun they had. The adults all agreed that I made an excellent choice in hosting the party here where everyone can have fun. My initial worries definitely melted away upon meeting Kari for the first time and I felt fantastic about the choice I made after talking to everyone. This is probably my most expensive party that I've hosted to date. But nonetheless, I feel it was worth it. If you are looking for ideas on where to host your next party, definitely consider this place. I'm so glad I did and I won't hesitate to return.
