Customer Service is completely lacking at this location with the exception of a FEW employees (most of which are in the laptop area). Most others seem off put if they have to answer any questions (like do you have this in stock, how long will it take to come in, etc.) or deal with any issues, to include management. One of the geek squad (auto) guys seemed like a great guy, but based on the other individual I dealt with I wouldn't let them touch my car... EVER! Even worse then the attitudes and customer service is the lack of communication between the store employees and the geek squad staff. I was quoted one price for some installation only to be told it'd be an extra $200 when I showed up for my appt. I am an Elite member and travel a lot for work so I have seen/dealt with MANY different locations and this is by far the worst! I suggest finding another location if you're looking to do anything other then pick up a movie/video game, and even then you'd probably be better off buying online and picking it up in store.
