The worst medical experience of my life on 10/22/15. Arrived at the office 15 minutes early to complete paperwork. After a few minutes the sweat started to pour off my face. I asked why they did not have AC and was told they turned it off for lunch but would turn it back on. Then they handed me a paper to sign regarding their coding procedures and certain ones may not be covered under insurance. I had a feeling this might be a money grab. The MA called me into a room and started the usual weight, blood pressure. She smelled of heavy tobacco use. I could hardy breathe. The smell just overwhelmed the small room. As I looked around the doctor's (Pryor) photo was hung throughout the room. The basic thought was 'creepy'. I waited in the smelly room for thirty minutes and then went out to an empty lobby. I asked about the doctor and none of the three employees were aware of his arrival. I asked for my co-pay back and Ms. Heavy Smoker approved the refund. Five stars for the escape and finding a reasonable ENT doctor for a small sinus issue.
