  • It took me 3 tries before I able to enjoy the Ramen at Sansotei! First Try: - At 5:30 pm on a weekday afternoon, they ran out of broth?!!!! I was asked to come back at 7:00 pm?!! Second Try: - My fault, I didn't check or my friend didn't check their business hours...Closes on Sundays! And of course no Ramen when we dropped by on a Sunday afternoon Third Time is a Charm: - No wait! Nice and quiet restaurant! - My Tonkotsu Ramen ($9.25) has a well flavoured milky broth with that nice sweet after taste of pork. Noodle cooked perfectly medium with just the right bite - Service was excellent, though it still took 20 minute for my Ramen to arrive in an empty restaurant?! I can't imagine how long it will take if the place is packed! I will be back for more! But I doubt I will line up for it...... If there is a line, I will just come back when Sansotei is not busy! I am NOT going to wait in line for any Ramen... ok maybe Totto Ramen in NYC...
