Stopped in for a Smog Check. Was asked my zip code, told it would be ten minutes and to wait in the lobby.
Almost thirty minutes go by and another woman who was now late for work heads back in the door upset because they sent her with the wrong car info! It was my car that she paid for!
So then we waited another 10-15 minutes for them to return the money to her card from the original transaction and charge her for her car. This entire time, the staff could not find her car keys. So then I pay and head out to my car. Keys are not in the ignition waiting for me. I had to yell someone down to ask them where my keys were. Someone came over and pointed to my windshield.
Really guys?!? Get it together. Maybe take the customers information when they first come in so not only do you go in order but you don't send someone out with the wrong certificate after waiting around all that time. So glad that she noticed and came right back.
I will never go back to this location for anything. It's a smog check. Not that serious. How did it become that complicated?
