  • Of the 30+ Starbucks I've been to this one is my least favorite. I love the outdoor seating space, but that's about it. Their wifi is non-existent on the second level, the second level is only open during certain times of the day, and when it's not, this place gets packed fast. The first floor layout feels cramped and is typically dirty. The clientele here can be interesting at times too. If you're a Starbucks faithful, take the 10 minutes to walk to the one on the Square by the Capitol, or walk 100 yards down to Colectivo and support local.
