  • Great gym, great childcare, but they make it absolutely impossible to cancel your childcare if you cancel your membership. Unfortunately, this totally ruined my impression of this gym, hence the one star. Do not elect to pay with your debit card because they will just keep charging it no matter how many times you call. I have called 3 times now and spoke firmly with Darian who has completely neglected to follow through on my refunds. She pretends like she wants to be helpful on the phone, but hasn't followed through on refunding two months, or $30 in childcare, that I was charged for after my membership ended. I ended up having to file a fraud claim with my bank, cancel my debit card and get a new one. It's a huge headache.
