  • Back when I used to live in the Annex, Better and Better Bakery and Cafe was my daily go-to place for coffee and sometimes breakfast. This place has the best coffee that I've tasted in the area. Although it's a little more expensive than the chain places like Tim Hortons, it's well worth it. The bagels and baguettes are awesome. The woman who runs Better and Better Bakery and Cafe is also really sweet; she always remembered my order and was quick to always help in getting the coffee for me. I really miss this place, and I wish I could still make my daily runs when I'm on my way to school or work.
