  • Everytime I need service, the staff always come through with flying colors. Rich customer service relationships is on top of line. Whether he directly assisted or not, he will always inquire and check to make sure you're satisfied and taken care of. This what keeps me coming back time and time again. My Battery had an issue. Still under warranty, and they staff took care of everything and got it changed out in no time. Hard to find great service in this valley, but when you do, you stay with them until the wheels fall off, rest assure, Sears Auto will get you taken care of at this location.
