  • ok this is my second updated review of this place. I have been coming here for a long time, mainly because it is close to my house, and usually pretty quick service. last time I reviewed them bad because they moved the seat, and again the next time they moved it again. not really a big deal, it just annoyed me that they had to move the seat to drive my car ten feet. It takes me forever to get the seat back to just the way I like it. But today was my final visit to this place! I just paid $150.00 to have my car washed and a full detail done. I know I should have done the oil change first, as they might get handprints on it or something, but I figured they would clean up after themselves if they did. When I got home there were greasy handprints all over the hood and fenders! I'm not one of those picky customers that complains about everything and will never be happy, but here is some advice for you. My car is a Mustang, it does not have spring assists on the hood it has an old school rod that you have to pop up to hold the hood up. hence there is NO NEED TO PUT YOUR HANDS ON THE HOOD AND PUSH IT DOWN!. just put the rod back in its little holder, and lower the hood to about 10-12 inches open and let it drop shut! I wish I had taken a picture of those greasy handprints on the hood to post, you would agree that they obviously put both hands on the super clean hood and pushed down on it.. make me so mad I will never go there again!
