I wanted to write an update to my previous experience with Lake Norman Infiniti. Previously, I gave Lake Norman Infiniti 2 stars based on my full experience from sales to delivery to issues concerning the vehicle after delivery. Since then Mr. Rick Zoerb, the owner reached out to me and expressed concern for the the less than stellar experience I encountered and was willing to assist in correcting the problems.
After getting in contact with his office, the ball got rolling on attending to the issues that needed correcting. I received my vehicle back from the service department and the issues have been resolved to my utmost satisfaction and I feel confident in the work that has been done. Lake Norman Infiniti wants each and every experience to be excellent and even though my experience didn't start out as such, I can confidently say that they have done everything possible to correct the issues without any hassle and make sure that I am satisfied.
In closing for my update, I can definitely recommend Lake Norman Infiniti to my family, friends and anyone out there looking to purchase a brand new Infiniti and if you're looking to service your vehicle then look no further.
