  • I had never been there before, but in a recent move a file cabinet was locked and we couldn't find the key. I put it in our van and drove it to Ace, arriving before their official opening time of 8 am . They were already open and when I described the problem one of their people came out to the van to look at the cabinet. He pulled out some lock picking tools and had it open in perhaps three minutes. He looked in the drawers and found the keys. Of course I was happy and asked how much I owed. We went inside where he conferred with a colleague. The charge was $0.00. I thanked them and was on my way home by 8:10. The office looked very professional and I would certainly go there again if I had another problem. I wouldn't even object if they charged me!
