  • I've been living here for two years and am very satisfied. Building i located only 2 minutes walk to LRT and a minute away from the river. Pets are allowed, management is very friendly and makes improvements almost every month: elevator, electrical keys, patios and balconies, painting, garage doors, security cameras, etc. There is also a convenience store and great shawarma restaurant in the building, Subway, Starbucks and Quesada accross the street. I would rate it 5 stars if we had any amenities such as gym, pool or terrace. I reccommend this building to anyone who doesn't own a car and wishes to live downton for an affordable price.
