  • When I looked up brow places in Charlotte this was one of the first to come up, so I decided to try it out. Didn't call to make an appointment or anything - walked in and was warmly greeted. After signing in, I began to sit down in the waiting chair but the lady was already waiting for me! So quick. I've had my eyebrows threaded at a few locations around CLT, two of which are in the Concord Mills mall - both painful and results were OK. When I sat down at WOW Brows though, I felt so relaxed. The woman who was helping me told me she uses different thread than others and I could tell because it makes a HUGE difference! Literally only one or two small pinches. It was very painless, I was in and out in less than ten minutes (went there around 11:30am on a Sunday). Amazing experience and services! I will be back.
