I am a loyal enterprise renter....I travel to Pittsburgh every month for the past 3 years for business and rent a car for 1-2 nights. The staff are always quick, courteous, and friendly. I have rarely had any actual car problems, except for one a few years back. My biggest issue is there seems to be no loyalty to loyal customers. My trip last week, I was given a car that did not have power seats and the window was broken. When I asked if I could get a car that had power seats, I was told...it's because you choose the "intermediate" size car. That is just what comes with intermediate. So, there are no nicer cars- but I have to pay more to upgrade myself in order to get one, even though I have been renting monthly for over 3 years. Ugh.
