First I have to mention that ownership here is great and I painfully give them 4 stars for my latest experience.
I initially called for a front windshield tint and a lady answered the call. I specifically requested to have the same exact tint that I purchased 2 years prior. She sends me a confirmation email with the wrong tint to be installed on my car. (I didn't know it was the wrong one because it's been a couple years, I just figure they could look at my old transaction in the computer)
The day I arrived for my tint installation, I spoke with David at the counter. (He's the nicest owner you'll ever meet) I again requested the same exact tint from two years prior. He seemed to have issues looking it up so I decided to reference the email I got from the lady when I originally booked it to help him out. Which ended up being the wrong tint.
After the installation, I noticed it wasn't the same. I was able to reschedule for the fix 3 weeks later.
When I arrived for the tint fix. I explained what happen. Initially both ladies took me to the back to pick out what I got two years ago. Clearly I don't remember. That's when the new hire (probably the same lady who took my original call) decided to look at the transaction two years ago and told us exactly what tint to put in. Everything went smoothly.
The end product that I got was below their usual standards. There's a couple scratches on the passenger side and a hair stuck in between the tint and the glass on the driver side. I'm not going to take it back to get fixed a 3rd time. They still have my business for future cars that need tinting. It was just unfortunate that the new hire initially put in the wrong tint in my confirmation email which lead to a two month process that got me a below standard install.
I have to thank David for offering to fix my tint after my 4 star review. Shows great ownership here. I won't take him up on his offer but will give him 5 stars for caring about my satisfaction.
