  • The staff is very friendly. They make their own products, and all about the natural and black empowerment which is amazing. They know how to do some hair. Phone etiquette could be better. Also sometimes this place gets so busy time can be left waiting hours after your appointment. I went twice. The first time I went the experience was great besides Bobby bouncing head to head over swamping herself and making appointments wait over an hr or 2 past their time. The second time I went i was their Bobby's whole shift getting coils done because my hair was thick she took and finished walk ins heads b4 mines and of course appointments b4 me. This other guy and i had appointments early in the morning between 8 to 10 am and we didnt leave till between 3 or 4 pm. I understand being loyal to regulars and catering to walk ins but the new heads already in the chair are just as important. Time management is essential and customer service is essential for growth in this place and it would be 5 stars. I always refer them though one of the best places in Vegas for black hair care.
