  • After reading some of the reviews, I was hoping to get someone other than Stormy. Great news...Stormy no longer works there. This is a local business, and the only two employees are a grandmother and her granddaughter, Jessica. I dealt with Jessica and she was a delight. Very positive, very professional. I had a suit jacket that needed significant alterations due to weight loss. She meticulously pinned up the suit and made sure it would be a good fit while remaining comfortable and stylish. It's a significant job and it's due back to me in 5 days. Once my jacket is finished, I will edit my review accordingly. FYI, this is a cash only business, so plan your payments accordingly. UPDATE: I picked up my jacket and it was PERFECT! I couldn't be more pleased and I give Phoenix Custom Tailors my highest recommendation!
