  • This to me is the perfect Montreal restaurant , casual and comfortable . The food is brilliant and innovative , Chef Derek Dammann is a humble genius , and a great guy to chat with if your sitting at the bar . Felix Gagne the quintessential host and when making a reservation goes out of his way to be accommodating and engaging . The whole staff is wonderful . To me this place rates in my top 20 restaurants in the world.
