I have been have issue for updating my phone. called Apple support but they could not fix the problems so they made a appointment for me to take it to the local Apple Store. I took it today my appointment was 1:50 pm and I got there about 1:45pm signed in and the lady told me to wait a little bit someone will be with me shortly . I waited like almost half an hour finally one men come up to take me to Genius Bar for someone who can help me fix this issue. The men asked me what's going on with my phone and I told him I have been having issue to updating my phone it's still 8.0. I told him I called Apple support and they could not fix this issue over the phone so they told me to take it to the local store . I asked him if he want the case number ?He did not care and started to update my phone again .I told him I already did so many times but it always says unable to update . Does not listen !! Also he was working with me and another client! are you serious?
Over an hour the issue still could not been fixed.
Its confusing... Something about I could back up. So I have to go back for another appointment!!!!
I mean this Apple Store should really do thing about their customers Serivce!!!! #1If a customer have to wait almost half an hour so what is the meaning of making a appointment? #2. How does that unfair to customers one employee work with both clients????
