  • I've been getting Botox done for a few years. On April 1st, 2017, I had a gift card to goto Nyeree Hazelton. This was my first and last time going anywhere other than my normal girl. I have always received between 10-20 units at $9.95 per unit. Nyeree charged $10.00 per unit so it was comparable and I had my gift card. I told her my problem areas, which were my forehead line and in between my brow area. She gave me $370 worth of units. This is more than twice as much as I normally get, yet she said she is "conservative." She said to come back after two weeks to see if we need more. After the amount I spent I thought, there's no way I would need any more than that. It's way more than I normally get. After two weeks, I had clients and friends notice that my brow area is still moving. I still have full range of motion of my four head and brow area. I have video and pictures to document this. I contacted her and let her know that I am dissatisfied. She wanted to charge me even more to fix the problem and stated via email correspondance that she only used 9 units in my problem area. If she used 37 units total, where did the other units go? That's my question. It seems like she did not pay attention to my needs as a client. It's obvious that the Botox did absolutely nothing and I've never had a problem with this in the past with someone else doing it so I do question her product. I also questioned her technique. Now as a business woman, I question her business practice and moral. If I have a client who is not happy, I do everything in my power to make it right and make the client happy, even if it means I need to eat a few dollars. She did not offer to make it right, other than charging me even more to fix what she should have fixed in the first place. I have gone to the medical board as well as the Better Business Bureau to see that she makes this right. I would steer clear of this business for injections. It will be a waste of money. Update to the business owner: I replied to all of your emails. The reason why I would not go back to you is because you did not know what you were doing. Why would I trust my face with you after the service you provided? I was the last one to email you I never received a response. The pictures are the exact pictures that I took to the Better Business Bureau three weeks after my injections. So, saying that I "finally "showed pictures is not the truth. I pride myself on being honest and doing the right thing. You did not do the right thing, and you aren't being honest and I will not stand for that. It is wrong. The pictures prove that the Botox absolutely did nothing. I would also like to add that the pettiness that has come from this as well as your social media and word of mouth from the women you work with shows your lack of good business practice. I'm going to include the last email to prove that you did not message me back. It also states that I would not go back to you because I simply do not trust you. You did not reply to this last email and keep making it sound like you emailed me multiple times with no response from me. This is simply false. Oh and don't worry, I won't need any luck finding a better injector than you. She runs LaVida MedSpa and is the only person I will trust with my face. Have a blessed day.
