  • I am giving them 3 stars because frankly the experience started as a 1 star and then ended at a 4.5 star. My son had his birthday party there; I called to schedule the event. I was given different options, I chose a particular option, paid my reserve, and was told that someone would call me about 2 days before the event to make sure everything is still ok. I never received the phone call, so I called to make sure all was ok (that was not a big deal to me). I called, confirmed that I will have 24 kids there and was informed that there is a chance the area will be shared by other parties. I think, no big deal, they know what they are doing. It did not occur to me that I requested a bigger/private room because why would I think they did not know what they were doing. The day comes, we go to the party room and was told that we only have the middle table as the other two tables are also booked. The room was so small, and the table that they provided to us was not big enough for all the kids that I paid for, confirmed with the company, etc. Plus, no room for adults. Additionally, the drinks were not there (we waited a good 10 minutes for the water and an additional 10 minutes for the soda) and we had to serve our own pizza. I asked to speak with a manager, and the manager and/or supervisor showed up. I do not recall his name, but he was beyond useless. Kept telling me that the other tables were reserved and there was nothing that could be done. I reminded him that I confirmed 24 kids, the table had enough room for 18 and that was unacceptable. "Yah, but the other tables are already rented." I told him that was not my fault that I called ahead, reserved and paid for the extra kids and the company decided to book out other tables, thereby not leaving my party with enough room. "Yah, but the other tables are rented." I told him it's not a "yah but" situation and he really needed to stop that. He told me the only thing he could do was bring in other chairs for the kids. He brought in 6 extra chairs, and asked the parents to move so he could put the chairs down (there was NO WHERE for any one to move to). I then pointed out to him that I requested the "nerf" room; "yah but that is not on your reservation." I again told him it's not a "yah but" situation, that is not my fault there was an error on the business's end of the booking. Eventually a manager (I also forgot his name; good looking guy, nose ring w/ dreads) came in and made everything so much better. He moved us to the bigger room. Our host was also great, super apologetic about the situation (even though it was not his fault but someone from the company needed to apologize) and made sure everything was fantastic. Long story short, be careful if you book this place. Some employees are there to make a bad situation good while others simply do not care.
