Update - after being called, emailed and having a friend be treated incredibly rude after explaining they didn't want to go forward with an appointment after hearing of a "friend's" less than great experience I am amending my review.
I have an appointment next week. My bite is off still and my gums bleed quite frequently. I don't feel that I have much choice otherwise.
Advanced does not seem like they would be concerned about this. They are, however, concerned about my honesty bringing down their Yelp algorithm.
I just wanted my teeth fixed. I wish I never stepped foot in this place. The entire experience has been very exhausting.
Barjesh said on the phone "some things fall through the cracks". So basically, if you're lucky, you'll have a great, easy experience (or you'll be on laughing gas and have no clue what's going on I'm sure) and the staff will play their smiling happy role.
If you're the unlucky few and have concerns, issues or questions you will be treated coldly by the office staff, have to fight them on everything and be told you are making them look bad on the internet.
One of my greatest regrets is having my front teeth worked on here.
It's very probable you'll have an easy cleaning with no issues. That in no means should excuse the behavior of Advanced's staff when presented with a customer complaint.
