  • I've been coming to this location for a year now! I also know by coming to any Great Clips that you get what you pay for! Today I received just that! After speaking to the stylist that "I do NOT want anything taken off the top" he did exactly the opposite! My hair is ruined! There is no fixing it or making it right! Why have notes in your system and asking the customer what they want when they do the opposite! Only thing I possibly can do at this point is wear a hat till it grows out which I cannot do at work! I've had bad hair cuts in my lifetime but this has got to be the worst experience I've ever had!
