  • I am very happy with Homer's. My husband and I just moved to the area and needed to get our PA inspection and emissions done as well as a general tune-up. I turned to Yelp, and Homer's was the closest place with good reviews. They got me in four days after I called (not bad for everything I needed). It turned out the car was in worse shape than I thought, but they were very honest about everything and still got it all done within the day - much appreciated, since it's our only car. I also appreciated that (as a lady there by myself) I was treated like anyone else, since I've experienced patronizing attitudes from auto shops, car dealerships, etc in the past. Bob even offered to send someone to pick me up when he learned I'm pregnant and would be walking back to get the car, but it was only half a mile. :) All of this is good service, but not way above and beyond what I'd expect from a respectable business. But! The next day, I noticed that some body damage (front bumper was detached and hanging a couple inches off the passenger side) had been repaired! They neither said a word nor charged me. Thank you, Homer's.
